Pricing questions
What does the free plan include?
Every view, field type, formula, automation and the API, within these limits: Records per base: 1,000; Attachment storage: 1 GB; Automation runs per month: 250; API calls per month: 2,000; Editors per workspace: 5; Revision history: 14 days; Audit log retention: —; AI credits per month: 100.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Pro is $10 per editor per month, or $100 a year (2 months free); Business is $24 per editor per month, or $240 a year (2 months free); Enterprise is priced with you. Paid plans are billed per editor, monthly or yearly.
What happens when a workspace reaches a limit?
You can still read and edit everything, but new data that would go over the limit (new records, files, automation runs or API calls) waits until you upgrade, free up room or the month resets. We never delete your data because you went over a limit, and owners get an email at 80% and 100%.
Is self-hosting really free?
Yes. OpenRows is open source under the AGPL-3.0. A self-hosted instance has every core feature and none of these limits. Hosted-only features, such as billing, live in a separately licensed part of the code.
Who handles payments?
Polar, our merchant of record, will sell and bill the paid plans, including invoices and sales tax.
